Recipe: Baked Macaroni

Woke up @ 5.30am today to cook baked macaroni for breakfast.
It was my first time making baked macaroni. Felt nervous and excited at the same time because I am gonna eat it with my friends in office.
Luckily, they love the taste of my baked macaroni. It's just that I need to add more cheese. Phew! :P
**Baked Macaroni**
Ingredients:
For macaroni
- Macaroni (boil for 10-15 mins)
- Olive oil
- Tomato puree
- Chopped onion
- Chopped garlic
- Minced beef
- Oregano
- White pepper
- 1 tsp salt
For cheese topping
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Half cup of tomato puree
Directions:
For macaroni
- Heat the oil and saute the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Put in minced beef. Add in white pepper and oregano as much as u want.
- Put in tomato puree and stir evenly.
- Put in a lil bit of salt (or as much as you want depends on your taste buds)
- Cook until the sauce thicken slightly.
- Put in the boiled macaroni and stir evenly.
- After cooked, put the macaroni inside the non-stick loaf pan
For cheese topping
- Mix up cheddar cheese and tomato puree. Cook the mixture in a pan until the cheese melted.
- Pour over the mixture on top of the macaroni.
- After that, put on shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture as much as you want.
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes or until the cheese turn into golden brown color (please refer the picture)
Easy, right? Best to eat while it is still hot. Mmmmm yummeh!!
