14. Bake a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Nobody doesn’t like chocolate chip cookies! Make extra and give them away. You’ll spread instant happiness!

15. Play. Play with family, friends, and pets. If you’ve forgotten how to play, just watch a group of children. They can show you how easy it is!

16. Say hi to your neighbors. So many of us don’t even know our neighbors. Make an effort to at least greet them when you see them. See if you can strike up a conversation. A sense of community will enrich your life—and theirs.

17. Spend time outdoors. Even five minutes outside will make things so much better. Honestly, just go out there and get a little fresh air and sunshine.
